Onboarding session completed. Patient has a mild nut allergy - meal plans adjusted accordingly. Very receptive to dietary guidance.

Patient is an excellent candidate for the Optimed program. Initial assessment shows good motivation. History of Diabetes Type 2, currently managed with Metformin.
